THE PURPOSE OF SECURITY PLANNING

The purpose of a Security Plan is to enhance and maintain the security of an operation by assessing a site for security risks, This will lead to measures being developed to address security issues, by incorporating current security programs and developing new ones (if necessary), and formalizing responses to and reporting procedures. ​

 

After conducting the initial assessment during the planning phase, the Security Adviser will provide various options of service providers for various needs such as guarding etc. and must manage the project to ensure that the selected service provider meets the standards as required​.
